This journey is for those that have gone deep into their own healing & are ready for a far deeper experience of leadership on the multidimensional, ancient level. This is because it is important you have an embodied connection to your physical body to step into this container.
What does this look like in practice? If you currently experience trauma responses in the body that cause you to disassociate or go into a survival response when you drop into a movement, energetic or embodiment practice, respectfully this is not the container for you. For the integrity of the space, it is important to have integrated your own primary shadow & trauma work, so you are stepping in from a space of integration & regulation. This is not to shame or create separation, merely that the practices & ceremonies we go into are deep and require you to know and trust your body to move, sound, express intuitively. This is not to say you need to be ‘fully healed’ to step in & this is not to say you won’t meet edges of growth and expansion here (we are always healing, remembering, returning) - this is about trusting and feeling grounded, anchored and safe in your physical body as a foundation. This way we create a safe, integrative space for deep alchemical medicine and each participant contributes to the space energetically in an integral way. If you are unsure about this, reach out to Akacia for a chat - there is no right or wrong, it's important & welcome to know where you are at on your journey.
